We’re happy to take unused Shyn products back within 30 days for a refund less incurred shipping charges.
Return postage is not included, but if you’d like a prepaid shipping label, we can issue one and deduct the cost from your refund. Before you ship, please record the tracking number or request a tracking receipt from the shipper, as we cannot issue a refund for lost items without proof of tracking.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any oral care products once their packaging has been opened, including sonic toothbrush heads, toothpaste, flossers, and teeth whitening kits.
